The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist in Omaha, NE. You will assist both wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and help ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting store sales goals.

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with potential for evening and weekend shifts. A valid Driver's license and high school diploma are preferred; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
