Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present products/services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Pursue monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Retrieve products from shelves or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and display setups.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries.
• Assist with deliveries as needed.
• Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
