T-Mobile stores empower agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while maintaining enthusiasm and energy to keep people connected to what matters most.

You will train on the store-in-store experience, develop product knowledge, and grow sales through relationship building and referrals. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and demonstrates value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract customers, and follow up to drive sales and referrals.
