Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates (SiS) to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

Role focuses on relationship building, consultative selling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while leveraging digital tools and onboarding customers to self-serve options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services, onboarding customers to self-serve tools like the T-Mobile app.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stays customer ready through updates and promotions.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer accounts, device support, and servicing.
