Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associate SiS to engage customers in high-traffic retail locations and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.

You will learn and apply solution-based selling, educate customers, and support onboarding and account setup with a focus on excellent service. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.

Qualifications

• Various customer service and sales interactions in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Ability to educate customers on products and services and demonstrate solutions.
• Knowledge of T-Mobile products and in-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a busy retail setting and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to meet them.
• Complete product training and stay up-to-date with promotions and tools.
• On-board customers and support account setup and device assistance.
• Build rapport and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
