Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles in a high-traffic retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service and achieving quality metrics.

The position offers base pay of $18/hour, with $5/hour training pay and a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of incentives. Eligible for an annual stock grant, stock purchase plan, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience (retail preferred).
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, on-boarding customers, and store operations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience.
