Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate for store-in-store locations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will engage customers, identify needs, and demonstrate wireless solutions, while using digital tools to guide onboarding and self-serve options. You will train in-store processes and product knowledge, build relationships with customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate product value and drive solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay updated on promotions and Hub resources for optimal customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and support price overrides when needed.
