Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, and processes; stay customer ready.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
