Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, and refer new customers as appropriate.
