Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, to engage customers in high-traffic retail locations and represent the brand with energy and product knowledge.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and use digital tools to guide self-serve options while building relationships and meeting sales metrics.

The role includes onboarding training, competitive pay with training pay, and comprehensive benefits including stock grants and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Educates customers, demonstrates and recommends T-Mobile solutions, and leverages self-serve tools during onboarding.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; review personal results and promotions to stay customer ready.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
