Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our NAMPA, ID store to drive merchandising and operational execution. This role focuses on truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will lead SOP adherence, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while managing workload planning, in-stock optimization, and team development in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage workload and scheduling with store leadership.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong focus on pricing accuracy and promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unload and sort merchandise efficiently.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing integrity across systems.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Train and develop team members.
• Asset protection compliance and shrink reduction.
