Job summary

The Michaels Companies, SPARKS, NV store, seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations including truck processing, inventory routines, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution. You will ensure a customer-ready environment with strong workload planning and stock control.

You will drive planogram compliance, visual standards, and backroom organization while coaching team members and upholding store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and store operations including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Manage planogram sets and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
