Job summary

FENDI seeks an in-store stylist to elevate styling standards, Ready-to-Wear performance, and client experience in the boutique.

You will provide expert fashion guidance, build lasting client relationships, and champion the latest FENDI wardrobe through in-store styling, client appointments, and personalized clienteling. You will report to Store Manager with guidance from Retail Head/Zone team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail styling or equivalent role.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends, body types, and client lifestyle styling.
• Proven ability to build authentic, long-term client relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one styling consultations to understand clients’ needs.
• Create complete outfit and silhouette recommendations across product categories.
• Provide expert advice on fit, color coordination and accessories to maximize wardrobe versatility.
• Drive styling-related sales, client appointments, and cross-category selling.
