Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, training and team development skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers and support staff; set and follow up on daily goals and tasks.
• Drive sales and productivity through floor coverage, client engagement, and execution of merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Manage store operations including alterations, transfers, repairs, consignments, safe logs, and sales audit tasks.
• Own client data and analytics for the store and support implementation of strategies to achieve business targets.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling and controlling controllable expenses including payroll and shrink.
