Job summary

Bal Harbour Shops seeks an experienced Personal Shopper and Stylist (full-time) to deliver unparalleled luxury shopping experiences to a nationwide clientele, through Bal Harbour Shops property, trunk shows, and private appointments.

You will cultivate long-lasting relationships with VIC clients, curate selections from luxury brands, and drive sales while maintaining world-class client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or fashion styling preferred.
• Existing high-net-worth client book with strong South Florida network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with brands and customers.
• Provide expert fashion and product advice tailored to each client.
• Coordinate in-store and off-site shopping, trunk shows, and private appointments.
• Collaborate with brand partners to curate inventory and ensure availability for clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and grow the personal shopping book.
