Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as MOD.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Represent the brand and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Drive sales goals and maximize selling opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure compliance with SOPs.
