Job summary

Sur La Table in Orlando, FL is seeking a Store Floor Lead to inspire customers and drive in-store performance. You will serve as MOD, oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture to create memorable customer experiences.
• Stay current on products and training; deliver guest-focused service and resolve issues promptly.
• Help achieve store sales goals through customer engagement and team motivation.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure stock availability on the selling floor.
