Job summary

Comfort Wave is seeking a Lead Generator in Ada, OK to engage Home Depot customers and identify heating and cooling needs, guiding them to Comfort Wave’s services.

As a Lead Generator you’ll greet customers, explain HVAC solutions, and schedule appointments while maintaining a positive store presence. Base pay is $17/hour with uncapped commissions; average earnings $20-$30/hour plus comprehensive benefits. Weekend work required and full-time schedule of 38–40 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to engage customers in-store.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to communicate benefits of HVAC products and services from Home Depot.
• Initiate conversation with prospective customers during their in-store shopping experience.
• Qualify potential purchasers and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and store management during shifts.
• Educate customers and store staff about the HVAC program and its benefits.
• Meet program KPIs and attend required trainings.
