Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a Lead Generator, you’ll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

Base pay starts at $17/hour with uncapped commission; average earnings range from $20-$30/hour.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and outgoing personality.
• Ability to handle rejection.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable standing for 4-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance with Home Depot.
• Explain benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate contact with customers in-store shopping.
• Qualify prospects and generate sales leads for appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and management.
• Educate customers and store employees about the HVAC program.
• Meet program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training.
