Job summary

Wrench Group is seeking a Lead Generator for permanent, full-time work in Lawton, OK. The role partners with Home Depot to identify HVAC needs, engage customers, and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

Expect base pay with uncapped commissions, weekend availability, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates will present professionally, engage customers in-store, and drive qualified leads for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face interaction required and outgoing demeanor.

• 18 years or older as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Communicate benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their store visit.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify leads, and generate sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
• Educate and raise awareness about the HVAC program for customers and staff.
• Achieve program KPIs and participate in required meetings and training.
