Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative/Lead Generator to work inside national home improvement retail stores. You will promote HVAC services, schedule in-home consultations, and drive brand awareness with customers.

Base pay is $18–$20/hour plus uncapped commission; average earnings range $20–$30/hour with commission. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules, training provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail/kiosk/sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional ARS brand appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment contingent on background check

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
