Job summary

You will engage customers, qualify leads, and set appointments for HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacements, helping to build a strong sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; higher degrees are a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with CRM and Office tools.
• Detail-oriented with solid follow-up and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams.
