ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring for an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator to engage retail shoppers, promote HVAC services, and schedule in-home consultations. You will act as a brand ambassador, explain options, and drive lead generation while earning hourly pay plus commission.

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.

• Reliable transportation and clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS HVAC services.
• Schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with service teams.
• Act as a Brand-Ambassador explaining service options and upgrades.
• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, coordinating with technicians and advisers.
• This role is not door-to-door or canvassing.
