Cool Air Mechanical, part of TurnPoint Services in Atlanta, is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to engage with in-store customers and generate HVAC leads. You will set appointments and present maintenance, repair, and replacement options, acting as the first contact to build our sales pipeline.

The role demands strong communication, a proactive attitude, and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and growth opportunities are available across 62 brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades industry a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.

Responsabilités

• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals
• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence in stores
• Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner when speaking with prospects.
