Corley PAE, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to work inside local retail stores. You will generate HVAC sales leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for store-sponsored maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a positive attitude, and 1+ year in sales or lead generation. CRM familiarity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are important, with a professional store presence essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred
• 1+ year in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, self-motivated, resilient with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and online research tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Team player able to collaborate to achieve shared goals

Responsibilities

• Engage in-store customers to generate HVAC sales leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals
• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities
