Job summary

Cool Air Mechanical, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to work inside local retail stores. You will identify and qualify prospects, generate HVAC sales leads, and set appointments for maintenance, repairs, and replacement options. Strong communication, resilience, and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals.
• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence in stores.
