Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store and Department Management to plan staffing and recruit full cycle.
• Conduct interviews, prescreen applicants, and coordinate orientations.
• Represent the company at local recruiting events and job fairs.
• Maintain personnel files, time/attendance records, and data changes.
• Serve as liaison between store associates and HR, Payroll, Benefits teams.
• Support scheduling and training programs; ensure policy compliance.
