Job summary

Lowe's Stores in the United States seek a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products. You will explain features, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering helpful service.

You’ll become a product expert across departments and help customers achieve home improvement goals with friendly, knowledgeable guidance and a focus on accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service with sales goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand/sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by identifying customer needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, manage estimates, scheduling, orders, and installations.
• Assist in external accounts in the Pro Department if applicable; support inventory and pricing processes.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
