Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Specialist to be one of the first associates customers meet in-store. You will help customers identify products, discuss project needs, and guide them to realize their home improvement ideas.

You will become a product expert, explaining specifications, promotions, financing options, and upsell opportunities to close sales while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s if education is not met).
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Must obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state, Lowe’s will support and fund.
• Experience in achieving sales goals or metrics in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs, answering questions, and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process orders and follow up for completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and departmental requests; assist as needed.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
