Job summary

lululemon’s Guest Experience Lead role focuses on ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality in-store experience through technical product education and floor leadership as part of the store leadership team.

The role drives store performance through guest satisfaction and daily sales targets, participates in hiring, coaching, and acts as Supervisor on Duty when needed, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Assist in hiring decisions and supervise on duty when needed.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and performance.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.
