Job summary

lululemon seeks a Guest Experience Lead for Midtown Village Pop Up to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience and to lead on-floor education of our products. This on-floor leadership role drives store performance, delivers technical product education, and supports daily sales goals.

The position requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership experience, with responsibilities including hiring support, training, and supervising team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Willingness to travel to assigned store

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training of team members
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and manage daily store operations
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and performance
