Job summary

lululemon seeks a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience for every guest. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through guest experience and achieving daily sales targets.

You will mentor team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty to lead the flow. Responsibilities include leading the guest experience framework, delivering technical product education, and maintaining store readiness.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including guest resolution or difficult conversations.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and an inclusive environment.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to oversee floor operations and meet sales goals.
• Assist with store openings/closes and daily readiness for guests.
• Review daily business data to motivate the team and drive results.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
