The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering a connections-based customer journey in a fast-paced retail setting, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Review daily business data and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training processes for store staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
