lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our Towson store leadership team. You will oversee and deliver technical product education, ensuring a quality in-store experience while driving daily sales targets and supporting team achievement.

You will participate in hiring, coach and develop the team, and foster an inclusive, collaborative floor environment, including opening/closing duties and interpreting store metrics.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional and inclusive guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value of our product.
• Open and close the store per procedures and maintain operational excellence.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and recognition to team members.
