Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming tone
• Listen carefully to understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert
• Accompany customers through the full experience with a personal, clear hand-off
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support received
