Job summary

Intuit Inc. in Seattle is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor focused on hospitality to warmly welcome and assist customers. You will connect customers with the right TurboTax experts, guide them through options, and ensure a thoughtful, high-touch service experience from arrival to hand-off.

This year-round, non-exempt role offers benefits and a flexible schedule, with a base pay range of $25.43–$29.50 per hour and possible bonuses and benefits. Seasonal roles are also available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Excellent communication and empathy to resolve customer concerns.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone.
• Listen carefully to understand each customer’s situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers through the experience with clear, personal touchpoints.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions resolved.
