Intuit Inc. is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor for our New York TurboTax retail location. The role focuses on delivering a thoughtful, high-touch hospitality experience, listening to customers, and guiding them to the right service within our TurboTax network.

The position emphasizes welcoming, understanding, and resolving questions with empathy, acting as a friendly host and navigator through the customer journey while representing Intuit’s premium hospitality standard.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or another high-touch customer-facing role
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs through empathy and clear communication
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and set a welcoming tone
• Listen actively to understand each customer’s situation and needs
• Guide customers to the right service or expert within the TurboTax network
• Support customers through the full experience from arrival to hand-off
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns
• Follow up to ensure customers received needed assistance and questions are answered
• Be the on-the-ground face of Intuit TurboTax in-store and embody premium hospitality
• Provide feedback to shape the in-store customer experience and training
