Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food product demonstrations. You will learn products, prepare and serve samples, and engage customers professionally to drive sales.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with food handler permits possibly needed. The role involves standing, lifting, and basic computer use in a retail environment. This is a part-time position, with up to 25 hours per week, based in retail stores.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer skills: able to use PC and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Acquire knowledge of products represented and present them professionally.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean work station.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution of tasks.
