Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations of food and non-food products. You will gain product knowledge, prepare and serve samples, and present demonstrations professionally in retail settings.

The role is part-time up to 25 hours weekly, with a focus on engaging consumers, highlighting features, and maintaining a clean workstation. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and basic PC skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months’ related experience.
• Proficient with personal computers and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Complete online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Use Outlook and internal systems to access documents and forms.
