Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store product demonstrations and engage customers in a retail setting. The role supports product sampling, explains features, and maintains a professional appearance while working up to 25 hours weekly.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to operate basic computer applications. Prior food-handling permits may be required, and physical duties include lifting and standing during shifts.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with PC/mobile devices using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk, lift up to 25 lbs, navigate store environments.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Engage and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances listed in duties.
• Maintain clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution and ensure 100% execution.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
