Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn the products, engage shoppers, and demonstrate features in a professional manner while maintaining a clean workstation.

The role requires standing for shifts, ability to operate small appliances, and using company systems and Outlook. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with physical capacity to lift up to 25 pounds. Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
Computer Skills: Proficient with a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
Certificates: Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge of products represented and communicate features and benefits.
Intercept, engage, and sell products to consumers in a professional manner.
Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers).
Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
Set up and execute the Event Table and achieve 100% execution.
Complete expense reports and online requirements on the same day as events.
Work in a retail store environment with limited travel.
