Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. The role involves learning products, engaging customers, and presenting features and benefits with professional conduct and appearance.

Responsibilities include setting up event tables, completing audits, and submitting online requirements on the same day as events. The position requires high school diploma or GED, PC literacy, and possibly a local food handlers permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit all on-line requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access internet and navigate company systems, including Word & PDF forms.

Education
