CCF Family of Brands in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions in a fast-paced, in-store environment. You will build relationships, process transactions, and provide personalized financial services while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle to use during workday.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Provide personalized financial services that fit customers’ needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site events and store errands as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with security procedures.
