Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at InstaLoan in Lakeland, FL. You will help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and growth opportunities across our eleven brands nationwide. The role requires in-person attendance, a 40-hour week, and flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter customer information into a POS system with precision.
• Assist in customer account management and scheduling of appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Follow security procedures for cash handling and vault management.
