The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative in California. You will help customers access short-term financial solutions, process transactions, and provide in-store service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanour.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, MS Office and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per local laws.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 25 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in on-site duties, including store errands and events.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with security procedures.
