This entry-level role includes hands-on training, opportunities across the brand family, and a path to advancement through a structured program, while working a full-time schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Display personalized financial services to fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system.
• Support on-site events and community outreach.
