Job summary

Tesla in Washington state is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to greet guests, guide them through the purchase journey, and ensure a seamless showroom to delivery experience.

You will engage visitors, tailor product conversations, coordinate test drives and demonstrations, and deliver outstanding service as a brand ambassador.

This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk in guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Understand guests’ needs and tailor a personalized product experience.
• Explain features and coordinate demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations.
• Deliver engaging delivery orientations and highlight key benefits.
• Support sales pipeline by capturing guest info and scheduling test drives.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all owners.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
