Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in customer service or related fields.
Must be 21+ years of age to operate Rivian vehicles.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends or holidays; travel as needed for market launches.

Responsibilities

Welcome, engage, and educate customers to provide a positive experience.
Achieve KPIs such as leads captured, lead-to-drive rate, and sales orders influenced.
Engage with customers for a personalized experience including drives and deliveries.
Support brand initiatives, demos, and events to drive demand and leads.

Perform daily retail operations, events support, and space upkeep.
