Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, engage customers, and accurately present product benefits. You will manage event equipment, maintain a professional appearance, and follow safety guidelines in a retail setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with store management during events, with up to 25 hours per week and potential schedule adjustments by client needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proven customer service skills in a retail environment.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Operate at in-store food and non-food demos and serve customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Set up and manage event equipment and demo tables.
• Engage customers and demonstrate product benefits.
• Ensure a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Assist with audit corrections and expense reports.
• Communicate with store management during events.
• Handle food samples safely per guidelines.
• Support team leadership when Supervisor is absent.
