Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, engage customers, and promote products while maintaining equipment and a professional appearance. The role involves coordinating with store staff, leading event teams, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

The position is up to 25 hours per week, with responsibilities including setup, product knowledge, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Certification and local food-handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with store management in supervisor's absence.
• Be the point of contact for events in the store.
• Lead and support the event team.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples per safety guidelines.
• Set up Event Table and ensure clean, professional work area.
• Complete all paperwork and audit corrections as required.
